She was predeceased by: her parents, James Noiske and Antonie Noiske (Barta); her husband John Richter; and her brother Jim Noiske. She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Richter of Edina and Sharon Tester of Mound; her granddaughter Jessica Tester of Mound; and her sibling's children, Cindy Westerhouse, Carolyn Richter, Rick Noiske and Jim Noiske.
