He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Lorraine; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Renee Shaw (Larry) and Kelly Vannier (Brent); his grandchildren, Vinny Shaw, Blake, Anyssa and Darrell Vannier; his great grandchild Whitney Barbee; and his brother William (Marilyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
