He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Holm and Virginia Holm. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Holm; his children, Jennifer Holm and William Holm (Chrislee); and his grandchildren, Raven, Alexandra and Liam. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
