It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Bush Jr. in Naytahwaush, Minnesota, born in Bagley, Minnesota, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Ginny Bush (Alvarado). He is survived by : his father Merle Sr. Bush of Naytahwaush; his sons, Merle III of Naytahwaush, Anakin of Naytahwaush and Benjamin of Naytahwaush; and his siblings, Adam (Tracie) of Ashland, WI, Manuel of Naytahwaush, Elizabeth Lenoir (Robin) of Naytahwaush and Veronica Herrmann (Tony) of Mahnomen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 1st 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Naytahwaush Sports Complex (2531 310th Ave, Mahnomen, MN 56566). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 2nd 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Following all Covid-19 safety protocols, social distancing will be practiced, and all must wear a mask to participate.
