He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Carlquist and Catherine Carlquist (Illetschko); and his brothers-in-law, Steve Johnson and Mike Terpstra. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Reinke; his daughters, Ann Tesch (Derek) of Alexandria and Amy Ristau (Scott) of Gulfport, Mississippi; his sister Carolyn Carlquist of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Timothy (Cathy), Catherine (Josh), Hannah (Luis), James, April, Madison and Kelsi; his great grandchildren, Lacey and Zeppelin; and his siblings-in-law, Carin Chaney (Bill), Bev Michaels (Dave), Doreen Terpstra and Lavern Reinke. He is also survived by five nephews; three nieces; great-grandnephew; and a great-grandniece.
