She was predeceased by: her husband Gene; her sons, Joseph and William; and her grandchildren, Timothy, Douglas, Kathy and Laurie Koslowski.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Fayeth), Jim (Rhonda), Paul (Sandy), Bob (Paula) and Jean Koslowski (Al); her daughters-in-law, Sheryl Kocur (Will) and Linda; and her grandchildren, John (Sara), Steve (Samantha), Christy, Tony (Veronica), Jena (Jorge), Peter, Jeremy (Susanna), Christine, Karen (Truitt) and Joe Koslowski. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Social distancing practiced and facial masks are required.
