Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ambrose Ernest Mettille of New Hope, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 75, on July 18, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl and Dorothy; and his brother Paul. He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, Lisa Gearen (Joe), Stephen Mettille and Scott Mettille (Susan); his grandchildren, Hunter, Hope, Ryan, Charlie and Sammy; and his sisters, Ruth McGrath (Jim) and Dorothy Hagemen (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Life is much too short, but I know Ambrose is with Ed sharing all our old stories and maybe some exaggerations. It seems like just yesterday we were skating at Allison-Henderson Park, getting in trouble at Nativity, or "studying hard" at Iowa. He was a best and first friend and I will miss but always love him.
