She was predeceased by: her husband Gene; her parents, John Czech and Dorothy Czech; and her brother Lyle Czech. She is survived by: her children, Randall Neisen (Cynthia) and Rhonda Carkhuff (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Rhianna Ibrahim (Jaffer), Robert Neisen, Rebecca Neisen, Braden Carkhuff (Justin Bertram) and Adam Carkhuff (Heather).
