It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance I Head of New Hope, Minnesota, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Head; her daughter Cynthia Cacas; and her parents, Charles Sr. Deegan and Ellen Deegan. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Cacas, Tracy Wilson and Christine Felten; and her brothers, Eugene Deegan and David Deegan. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
