He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Holly (Dale), Terry, Kari, Kelly (Dan) and Nicole (Paul); his grandchildren, Ben, Blake, Rob, Alyssa, Joe and Makena; and his great grandchild Brooklyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
