He was predeceased by: his parents, George Capes and Louise Schorle Capes Wanless; and his stepfather Frank Wanless. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, James (Amy) and Geoffrey (Laura); his grandchildren, Hannah, Jakob, Lillian and Matilda; and his siblings, James R. (Joanne), Marion (David) and Annette. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
