Lowe (New Hope, Minnesota), born in Montrose, Minnesota, who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Secora and Margaret Secora; her siblings, Eleanor Florek (Gene) and Ray Secora; and her sisters-in-law, Isla LaNoue (Jerry) and Norma Motzko (Ambrose).
She is survived by: her husband Ozzie; her children, Cathy Hatzenbeller (Bob), David Lowe (Rachel), Dick Lowe and Diane Lowe; her grandchildren, Jennifer Pieper (Eli) and Katie Lowe (Wesley); her stepgrandson Ryan Pekarna; her great grandchild Dash Revak; her sisters, Eileen Gretch (Bob) and Barbara McClung (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Dolly Secora. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Wooddale Church or American Cancer Society or donor's choice.
