It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Octor Fossland (New Hope, Minnesota), who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Octor Fossland and Magdalen Fossland (Mandy); and his siblings, Richard and Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; and his children, Jeff Fossland (Teresa), Lisa Tombaugh (Scott), Sara Butterfield and Tony Fossland. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
