It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan M. Brengman of New Hope, Minnesota, who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Jan was predeceased by: parents, Ray Dionne and Carol Dionne. Jan is survived by: children, Samantha Brengman (Nelson) and Simon Jacobson (Lauren); and siblings, Mary (Doug), Todd (Pam) and Doug (Terri). Jan is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
