He is survived by: his children, Brian (Dawn) and Brenda Schmitz; his grandchildren, Taryn, Torey (Tyler Malerich), Landon and Katlin (Nolan Schmitz); and his sister Pat Berger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
