He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Jane. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Kelley DeSmit (Josh), Sean and Katlyne Duffey; his granddaughter Elouise; and his siblings, Carol Lange (Rob), Karen Bumgarner, Mike Duffey (Judith) and Jane Hollis (Jim). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
