He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Balthazor and Barbara Balthazor (Kloster); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Diane Lundin; his children, Paul Balthazor (Michele) of Orono, MN and Jennifer Och (Ron) of Saint Michael, MN; his grandchildren, Joey, Samantha Och, Ashton, Brody and Carter Balthazor; and his siblings, Walter of Champlin, MN and Carol Smith of Coon Rapids, MN. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
