He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Jacobson (Eric), Vincent (Theresa), Terence, Colleen, Lawrence (Natasha) and Leo; his sister Cornelia Jay (McLennard); and his half-brother John Kirk (Brenda). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
