It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Regan (New Hope, Minnesota), born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Desnoes and Muriel Desnoes; her husband Edward F. Regan; and her grandson Matthew Brengman. She is survived by: her children, Donna Brengman (Daryl), Ned (Cecelia), Tracey Marchand (Paul Skogen), Jeff (Jeannie), Peter (Laura), Alison Collins (late Ronald) and Wendy Peterson (Todd); and her sisters, Marjorie Hodges and Jean Malabre. She is also survived by seven children, 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and four nieces.
