Mahowald of New Prague; his children, Chris Kohoutek (Beth) of Fountain Hills, AZ and Heather Kohoutek of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Mia, Zoe and Mason; his siblings, Sue Prochaska of New Prague, Margo Young (Tom) of New Prague, Nancy Martin of Prior Lake and Dan Kohoutek (Gail) of Waterville; and his siblings-in-law, Trish Greenleaf of New Prague, Jim Mahowald (Patti) of New Prague and Rob Mahowald (Carol) of Coon Rapids.
