She was predeceased by: her siblings, Steve Betz, Dale Betz, Virginia and Robert; and her parents, Bob Betz and Velma Betz (Aldred).
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Waltz; her children, Sheila Johnson (Eric), Dana Shaver (Derek), Jason Waltz and Matthew Waltz (Heather); her grandchildren, Heather Meinert (Corey), Courtney Rehak (Justin), Brady Schmidt and Brennan Shaver; her siblings, Nancy Poncin, Ron Betz (Paula), Mike Betz (Pat), Susan Betz, Donna Betz, Nick Betz (Doris), Ed Betz (Connie) and John Betz (Diane); and her sisters-in-law, Gail Betz and Marilyn Wheeler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
