He was predeceased by: his parents, William Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong (Wentzlaff); and his siblings, Donna, Beverly Armstrong, William and Gary Armstrong.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Armstrong (Natasha) of Lafayette and David Armstrong (Chasity) of Sauk Centre; his grandchildren, Dylan Armstrong, Adelyn Armstrong and Jaden Leskey; and his sister Diane Armstrong of Faribault. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
