She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Haubrich; her parents, Edward Haubrich and Josephine Haubrich (Arnoldi); and her husband Leo F. Eckstein. She is survived by: her children, Ann Franta (Jeff) of Lafayette, Joan Wilson (Dan) of Piedmont, SD, Rita Simonson (Tony) of Rosemount, Rick (Jenny) of New Ulm, Jim of Farmington and Paul Eckstein (Jo) of New Ulm; and her brothers, Leon (Marion) of New Ulm and Thomas Haubrich of New Ulm. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
