He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hopp and Ruby Hopp; his parents-in-law, Wesley and Alice Schuette; and his brother Jim Hopp.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hopp of New Ulm; his sons, Marcus Hopp (Shelly) of New Ulm and Chad Hopp (Krista) of New Ulm; his grandchildren, Ramsey, Levi, Mitchell, Jase and Wyatt Hopp of New Ulm; his sisters, Vickie Carter (Terry) of St. James and Adriane; his siblings-in-law, Milton Lindeman and Pam Hopp; his aunt Lois Palmquist; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
