She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Swenson and Hazel Swenson; and her brothers, Harvey (Darlene Swenson), Roger (Janet Tonsager) and Tom (Linda Swenson).

She is survived by : her children, David Pierce (Teresa Conner), Elaine Pierce, Eileen Murray (David) and John Pierce (Kazumi); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Murray Gagnon, Erica Murray, Elysia Murray, Conner Hite and Christopher Bailey; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Evelyn and Nico; her cousin Mary Anne Wilberg; and also Erin Murray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chisago Lake Lutheran Church (1 Summit Ave, Center City, MN 55012).
