She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Skovgaard and Sarah Skovgaard; her husband Oliver Benson; her children-in-law, Kevin Theline and Pam Benson; her grandchildren, Chandra, Maddy and Johnathan; and her great grandchild Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, Steven (Marjorie) of North Branch, Randy (Melanie) of Kelowna, B. C., Joel (Linda) of Appleton, WI, Dwight (Barb) of North Branch, Pam Theline (late Kevin) of Braham and Jeanne Fine (Scott) of Park City, UT; her sister Barb Schultz of Lonsdale; and her sisters-in-law, Bonita Davis of Chisago City, Tessie Skovgaard, Bev Skovgaard and JoAnn Mariner. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
