He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Sr. Painter and Betty Painter (Tremayne); his brother Greg Painter; his father-in-law Albert Mensing; and his brother-in-law Brian Mensing.
He is survived by : his wife Denise Mensing; his daughter Lindsey Marso (Nate) of Eagle Lake; his grandchildren, Breanna, Mackenzie and Avery; his great grandchildren, Dominick, Dawsyn and Bella; his son Zac Painter (Lisa) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Grace and Wyatt; his siblings, Diane Painter (Eric Lottes) of St. Petersberg, FL and Rick Painter (Linda Corvari) of Long Valley, NJ; his mother-in-law Vernice Mensing; and his brothers, Gene (Judy Mensing), Sandi Mensing and Chuck Mensing. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
