Ngoan is survived by : children, Hai Hoang (Bich Le), Huong Hoang and Duc Hoang (Binh Nguyen); and siblings, Thieu Hoang, An Hoang, Quang Hoang, Hung Hoang, Nhat Hoang, Thanh Hoang and Nguyet Hoang. Ngoan is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
