He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Elfrink and Pearl Elfrink (Johnson); his sister LeeAnn Pozinski; and his granddaughter Beth Roulet. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Roulet (Boutin) of North Mankato; his children, Joel Roulet (Susan) of Mankato, Lisa Elfrink of Minneapolis and Chad Elfrink of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Rose Roulet (Mike Peterson) of Iowa and Ashley Jakes (Cody) of New Ulm; his great grandchildren, Noah Butcher, Mya Wood, Aleczander Meyer, Tyson Jakes and Kandon Jakes; and his siblings, Ronald Elfrink of Duluth, Sharon Jones (Garry) of North Carolina, Sandra Fishbein (Charles) of Rhode Island and Judy Wendt (Gene) of St. Paul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
