We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2025, at the age of 53, Polly Anne Hruza of Northfield, Minnesota, born in Dundas, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Wagner and Delores Wagner (Cross); and her sister Annette Wagner. She is survived by: her children, CJ (Ashley) of Northfield, Sam of Northfield and Anna of Northfield; her grandchildren, Jalen, Nevaeh, Matteo and Brynley; her boyfriend Terry Weber of Northfield; and her siblings, Pat Wagner (Deb) of Northfield, Joanne Rietveld (Chris) of Northfield, Janice Quinnell of Northfield and Amy Wagner of Northfield.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spring Creek Park (Everybody's Park) (E Jefferson Parkway, Northfield, MN 55057).
