He is survived by: his mother Laura Worm (Kaufhold); his wife Linda Worm; his children, Scott Worm (Erin) of Mayer, MN, Jennifer Bisek (Brad) of Carver, MN and Melissa Worm (Eric Geyen); his grandchildren, Jacob Worm, Justin Worm, Brantley Worm, Jordyn Worm, Madison Bisek, Riley Bisek and Lexi Bisek; his siblings, Ken Worm (Rita), Robert Worm (Maggie), Chuck Worm (Sandy), Randy Worm (Ann) and Nancy Jeurissen (Bruce); his mother-in-law Eldina Eyrich; and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Fahey and Wayne Eyrich. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
