He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wolter of Mayer; his children, Denise Stender and Derek Stender; his sister Patricia Lhotka (Jerome); and his sibling's children, Pateric Lhotka (Renee), Jerry A. Lhotka (Theresa), Marcus Lhotka, Steven Lhotka (Pam), Jodie Dobratz (Robert), Roger Wolter (Susan) and Lori Hoglund (Joe). He is also survived by cousins, extended family members and many friends.
