She was predeceased by : her husband Gary; her son Jeffrey Scholin; her granddaughter Amber Dostaler; and her parents, Robert Leigh and Fern Leigh.

She is survived by : her siblings, Alan Leigh (Pat) and Yvonne Moe (Laurel); her children, Tracy Mevissen (Pat), Kim Christensen (Dave), Kent Scholin and June Dostaler (Mark); and her stepson Tyson Mann. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
