It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Newborg (Ottertail, Minnesota), born in Mount Vernon, Washington, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Reuben Newborg and Alice Newborg (Kalling); his brother Charles Newborg; and his father-in-law Wayne. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Gunkel; his children, Hiedi Lien (Dennis) of Fergus Falls, Jennifer Newborg (Justin Wagner) of Ottertail and Joseph Newborg of New York Mills; his grandchildren, Dustin, Ashley, Presten and Jaida; his great grandchildren, Carter, Hadlie, Aubree, Isaiah and Greyson; and his siblings, Reuben Newborg (Polly) of Baldwin, WI and Gay Borgen (Bob). He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
