He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Manke and Evelyn Manke (Abbe); his grandfather Abbe; his son Harlan Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Darrell Larson and Roger Ochs.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Larson of Jewett's Point; his daughters, Tiffany Stockwell (Troy) of Owatonna and Nicole Wobschall (Jason) of Owatonna; his granddaughters, Kelli Hoffman (Dave), Brittney Banks and Addison Suemnick; his great grandchildren, Layla, Silas Hoffman and Rylen Banks; his sister Ruby Ochs; and his close friend Hans Hohrman, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Building Fund.
