He is survived by : his mother Janet Conklin of Hutchinson, MN; his siblings, Robert Conklin of Chicago, IL, Julie Olson, Cheryl Juarez of Hutchinson, MN and Christine Zinski (Shawn) of Mt. Pleasant, WI.; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Olson, Taylor Conklin, Jeremy Gettel, Timothy Zinski and Mark Juarez; and his great-nephew Jon Gettel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
