With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Penrose of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, born in Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Volkman and Verna Volkman (Bauer); and her sister Donna Gray. She is survived by : her husband David Penrose of Parkers Prairie; her children, Dawn Rubner (Brian) of Pine River, Todd Syverson (Susan) of Cross Lake, Erin Penrose (Scott Thorbjornsen) of Montello, WI and Ryan Penrose (Chelsie) of Parkers Prairie; her grandchildren, Molly, Jason, Ryan, Darian, Triston, Hunter, James, Carelen, Alicia and Isabella; her great grandchild Ryker; and her siblings, Orin Volkman (Linda) of Wyoming and Rolly Betterman (Tom) of Isanti. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
