It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen C. Schaefer of Paynesville, Minnesota, born in Richmond, Minnesota, who passed away on October 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Heinen and Alice Heinen (Terres); her brother Richard Heinen; and her granddaughter McKenzie Horn. She is survived by : her husband Melvin Peter Schaefer; her grandchildren, Ruth, Aaron, Madison, Luke, Mckenna, Kendra and Kylie; her siblings, Kathy Nett (John), Mary Jane Heinen-Beecher (Lee) and Leon Heinen (Doris); and her sister-in-law Jean Heinen-Felling (Don).
