He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gordon, Velma Sleen, Lyle and Hazel Herk; his uncle Kurt Sleen; and his aunt Carol Pare.

He is survived by: his parents, Steve and Marion; his brothers, Craig (Elsa) and Keith; his siblings' children, Hannha, Hunter, Jasmine, Jaden and Jermey; and his uncle Jude Pare.
