He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Niccum and Cecilia "Sally" Niccum (Turchin); his stepfather Adam Winkels; his brother Arlyn Niccum; his brother-in-law Larry Swigart; his niece Joy Berns; his nephew Jayme Wendt; and his grandparents, Frank, Catherine Turchin, William and Bertha Niccum.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Berns (Joe), Deloris "Lori" Wendt (Dorvin), Maxine Swigart, Dennis Winkels (Francy) and Eugene Winkels (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Marie Niccum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
