She is survived by : her brothers, Charles Elert (Barbara) of Tacoma, WA and Jerry Elert (Judy) of St. Paul; her daughters, Robin Townley of St. Michael and Gail Kane of St. Michael; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Kane (Tera), Joseph Kane (Vanessa), William Kane (Mary), Juneau and Kendra Wilkens (KC); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Owen and River Kane. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In spite of careful precautions, Verna was a victim of COVID.
