It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald John Trent Jr. of Pine City, Minnesota, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Trent, and Ida Trent, Sr. (Atkins); his son Matthew Trent; and his siblings, William Trent and Kathy Bauman.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Trent; his daughters, Laurina Bombard (Scott) and Jessica Miller (Daniel); his grandchildren, Madelyn Bombard (Gilbert), Elizabeth Bombard, Evelyn Bombard, Earl Bombard, Elwood Trantanella, Jacob Trantanella (Emily), Josaphine Goslee (Chris), Chaz Miller (Andrina) and Gage Miller; his great grandchildren, Irene Terry and Theodore Trantanella; his siblings, Karen Trent, Laurina Trent, Patrick Trent, Daniel Trent and Julie Trent; and his brother-in-law Daniel Bauman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
