Helen Arndt Obituary
We bid farewell to Helen Arndt of Pine Island, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 27, 2025 at the age of 72. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gillard and Della Gillard (Rhodes); and her grandson Jayden. She is survived by: her husband David Arndt; her son Andrew Hyde (Vanessa) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Payne, Ashton and Vyanna; her sister Mary Gillard of West Concord; her aunts, Joanne Paulson, Linda Beckett, Carole Walker, Darleen Gillard and Marnie Gillard; her sibling's children, Tammy Wiebrand, Lané Albree, Kevin Arndt and Jesse Gillard; and her pets, Polly, Petey and Pinkerton. She is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Larson Chapel (1475 Jefferson Dr, Zumbrota, MN 55992). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (200 N Main St, Pine Island, MN 55963).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Pine Island Senior Center or the United Methodist Church.
