She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Stueven (Dallas) of Sioux Falls, SD, Debra Simonson (Scott) of Waseca, MN, Stephen Thies (Mary) of Santa Fe, NM, Timothy Thies (Joelle) of Tea, SD, Craig Thies (Pam) of Pipestone, Pat Eischens of St. Peter, MN and Philip (Carmen) of Huron, SD. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren; an additional great-granddaughter.
