She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ellgen and Nannie Ellgen (Hargens); her husband Dale Butman; and her siblings, Francis Preston, Lenora Smith, Viola Pearson, Florene Pearson, Ellen Ditmeyer, Les Ellgen and Norman Ellgen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Lovell (Jim Bork) of Sioux Falls, Mary Curtis (Tom) of Mankato and David Butman (Debbie Lipka) of Rice Lake, Wisconsin; and her grandchildren, Chad Curtis of Glenside, PA, Corie Hanson of Mankato, MN, Lucas Lovell of Montrose, CO and Andrea Butman of Prague. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
