He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Carolyn Cichy (John); his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael (Amanda), Christine (Rodney), Elizabeth (Luke), David (Amanda) and Kathryn; and his brother Harvey. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
