He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Botzek and Mary Botzek (Reberg); and his siblings, Daniel, George, Richard and Anna Mae Sadowski.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Duscha; and his children, Mike Botzek (Tracy), Bob Botzek (Shelly) and Lori Aasen (Drew). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
