He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Fogarty and Betty Fogarty; his wife Pauline (Rowe); and his sister-in-law Debbie Fogarty. He is survived by : his former life partner Gertrude Halloran; his wife Annette Kent; his children, Rebecca Glynn (Jeff), Mary Bahr (Adrian), Joe Fogarty (Alison), Jason Fogarty and James "Jimbob" Fogarty (Jessica); his stepchildren, Darrell Kent (Natalia), Jeremy Kent (Mari), Kyle Ortler and Kayla Ortler; his grandchildren, Michael, Darrius, Tyler, Bailey, Brittany, Riley, Joey, Mathilda, Teresa, David, Lily, John Patrick (JP) and Leonard (Leo); his great grandchild Jackson; his brothers, James Fogarty, Kerry Fogarty (Lois), Blaise Fogarty (Jane) and Troy Fogarty (Toni); and his aunt Patricia Tikalsky (Vigue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family of Joe.
