He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Mistic and Anne Mistic; his siblings, Pete Mistic, Paul Mistic, Joe Mistic (Eileen), Angie Sande (Bud) and Mona Pears (Dick); his parents-in-law, Oscar, Eleanor Strand, Claude and Betty Lakin; and his brother-in-law Bill Trepanier.
He is survived by : his wife Debbie Mistic; his children, Gail Dockendorf (Bill), Brad Mistic (Katherine) and Andy Mistic Jr. (Lora); his grandchildren, Michael (Jade), Lindsey, Jack, Daniel, Ben, Camryn, Jake and Luke; his great grandchild Avery; his stepgrandchildren, Camren (Sam), Cole (Makenna) and Jacob; and his siblings-in-law, Laverne Mistic, Lorene Blank (Bob), Marlyce Trepanier and Robert Strand.
