He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Hazeman and Mary Jane Hazeman (VanHouten); his wife Harriet C. Partlow; his children, John Emil Hazeman and Mary Jane Hazeman; and his siblings, Robert, Eugene, Lena Partlow, Irene Fosdal, Hazel Lynn, Dorothy Kurth and Mildred Piasecki.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Hazeman (Bill Solomonson) of New Ulm, Art Jr. (Renae) of Red Wing and Violet Hazeman (Dennis Melsness) of Red Wing; and his sister-in-law Luella Partlow of St. Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
